Vendor Recommendations & Disclaimer

This list is based on vendors that Agent has had positive experiences with or have been recommended to Agent by trusted third parties.

  • Not vetted by Broker or Agent with regard to insurance or licensing, as may be required by relevant regulatory agencies.

  • No Endorsement or Guarantee. These providers are not endorsed by us. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the quality of work or the results produced at your property.

  • Due Diligence. We strongly recommend interviewing at least three providers to find the best fit for your needs.

  • Licensing & Insurance. Before hiring, verify that the provider holds a currently active license via the California State License Board (CSLB). You should also verify active General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance coverage.

  • Project Oversight. If your project involves multiple specialties (plumbing, electrical, etc.), consider hiring a licensed General Contractor to supervise. We recommend requesting "Lien Releases" from all subcontractors and material suppliers. See CSLB Lien Release Forms.

  • Professional Advice. Real estate agents are not qualified to give tax or legal advice, nor can we act as general contractors or supervise work. For contract questions, consult a qualified California real estate attorney.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to seek appropriate professional advice and ensure all work is performed to their satisfaction.
